9.30 am BURY DOWN Joint trip with Oxford RSPB to find over-wintering
short-eared owls, corn buntings and large flocks of skylarks, yellowhammers
and winter thrushes. Meet in one of the two car parks SU479840
on the Ridgeway, top of the hill off the West Ilsley minor road
after leaving the A34 junction south of Chilton (immediately after
the service station). 3 mile circular walk or shorter if desired.
