The Club had its usual publicity table at this year’s Wychwood Forest Fair, held at Foxburrow Wood, Hailey on 31 July. It’s always a good day out, with plenty of family fun and lots of opportunities to see what other organisations are doing.
Like last year, we had a quiz, which was very popular, so much so that at one point there was even a (small) queue to take part! We had plenty of interest in what we do and distributed a lot of material about the club.
The weather was also on our side – several heavy showers on an otherwise fine day meant a captive audience for us as they took shelter in the marquee!
